The worst part is the actual tire installation. I have noticed that at least one tire is not properly balanced and the steering now pulls hard to the right. I will need to take it back to have this fixed."
"The staff at Kauffman Tire were efficient, courteous, and did the job correctly. I've had some very poor experiences at Tire Kingdom and decided to make my business else where, and I'm glad I did. With the rise of inflation, it's nice to receive good service and be in a shop where people aren't smoking and swearing all the time. That may not matter to some people anymore, but I have a child and she goes where I go and it's nice to know that I don't need to leave a place of business because it's unhealthy for kids and they're not dropping the F-Bomb every time they turn around. Again, that may not really matter to a lot of people anymore, but it's obvious that Kauffman Tire 'gets it,' and I'll be back..."

I have been a loyal customer to Kauffman Tire for several years now but ever since the Hiram store has got a new building and location my service has went down the tubes. I think it may be time to find a new place to get my tires."
