"Avoid Kauffman Tire at all costs......A week ahead, I made an installation appointment and ordered tires online. On Tuesday of the following week, I received a call from Kauffman Tires stating that the tires were in the store and they wanted to confirm appointment. On Wednesday, I stopped by Kauffman Tires and confirmed date/time. On Friday, I arrived at Kauffman Tire at 9:50 am. My first impression was not a good one, for some reason Kauffman decided that I should have a front end alignment (which I did not ask for). I finally gave in and they pulled my truck back. I went to the waiting room and sat until 11:15. At this time I was told that Kaufmann Tire only had 3 tires in stock, instead of the 4 needed. I was also told to bring the truck back the next day at noon.....I declined. There are too many honest, dependable tire dealers in Albany, Georgia...do not waste your time here."
