I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and after one hour and 15 minutes my car still had not been serviced and I was told it would be another 45 minutes. I was also interested in purchasing shocks and tires for a separate vehicle and did not get a lot of help with this. I eventually had to leave due to time constraints and got the services performed elsewhere. "

"I set up an appointment online after researching Michelin tire prices. Kauffman's out-the-door price was competitive but not the cheapest. (The cheapest was a competitor that I had had a couple of negative experiences with in the past.) The 4 tire installation was complete in about 45 minutes. The price was LESS than the quote I received online due to an Atlanta Braves promotion that I knew nothing about. The Manager simply applied the promotion price discount without me even mentioning it. Great, friendly, professional, honest service experience."
