"I originally made an appoinment for 8:30. The store contacted me and said they could not do 8:30 as they will be too busy. I asked if they could do it later and they gave the same answer. So I made the appointment for 7:30 as they requested when the store opens. It still took over an hour for an oil change and rotation. And I don't believe they even rotated the tire. A man was sitting next to me complaining to the regional manager that the store would not rotate his tires due to edge wear. I was told my tires had edge wear, but they said nothing about not rotating them, but I am almost certian this did not get done. So I made an appointment that the store would not honor, it took me over an hour for a service that I did not get. Why even offer appointments if the stores cannot schedule their time to accomodate the request? I will now need to take the vehicle someplace else to get the rotation completed and I won't bother making an appointment anymore since I know it is meaningless to do so. I'm pretty disappointed with the entire experience from a customer of at least 15 years."
