"My item was backordered and couldn't get any information on it for two weeks. I called their customer support and emailed them multiple times. I was either ignored or not given any infomation on when they were going to get in an item that they had already charged me for. I would have given them 1 star but the item when i actually recieved it was great. The customer service was the worst i have had in a long time and they did nothing to address those concerns."
