"2 days after submitting the review below I got a call from Gene Knight. He told me he was the Director of Sales for Kellyco. He had read my review and wanted to talk about it. So we did just that. He then sent me a pre-paid shipping label to return my entire detector package and said he would send me another one. As of this writing I have not received replacement yet but I have no doubt I will. All companies make mistakes but to me the mark of a great company is one who promptly corrects that mistake and goes even above the call of duty to make it right. I mean really how many sales directors of large companies are actually reading the reviews they get online and personally calling the customer to try to make it right. Not many. I was very impressed and am now a very satisfied Kellyco customer. (Well as soon as I receive my replacement detector I will be. =:>)



Missing 2 items from order. Called kellyco, they said they would take care of. Received first item and it was wrong item. Called them again. They said they would take care of.
I never did receive the 2 items. They were of nominal value so I didnt want to pursue anymore. I had already called them 2 times and they didnt fix problem, I was not going to waste my time working their screw-ups. Seems like a very poorly operated business. Also the face on my detector had dent in it when I received. The detector worked so I just kept it."
