" Had losted the end off my muzzle loader's ram rod about 2 month before I bought my metal detector, up in the woods, on a trail were I hunt. It was an area about 10 Ft. wide and 200 Ft. long. When I received my metal detector, that was the first thing I want to try and find. All the leaves and other hunters, using the trail, and the four whellers, I thought I would never see it again. I wasn't even sure this was were I losted it. The end peace is only as big as small shirt button. I started scanning the area, it was slow and timely to make sure I scanned ever spot well. But thanks to the medal detector I don't have to have a new peace made, I found it. This was a peace that would have had to be made, they don't sell it, for my ram rod any more. THANKS "

"I have used the device several times now and 6ft seems to be the depth of choice...no matter where the metal actually is. I even was showing my oldest son how the detector works and placed a penny on top of the grassy area and the machine detected the penny like it should but the depth was 6ft. I am not having much luck actually find metal once the machine pings. I dig and dig and never find the item that caused the ping. "
