"The initial response was good when i was trying to place the order. When the item arrived it had a missing manual in the box. And when I sent a question about the missing manual I was told it would be sent out that day. I waited a week and then I asked again. This time I called and spoke with customer service. I was told it was sent to the wrong street and that was why I hadn't gotten it. Of course not even an apology.

The I got a e-mail and it said that I should go to a link and download it myself. I don't have a printer so that was not good.

I then asked in response to please send me a hard copy. That is probably a small item to complain about.
