"One idem was on back order was expecting in in at least a few weeks but now it has been 53 days or 8 weeks and i still have not received the one idem on back order. The other ideas that i had shipped were Great Received very fast and all items worked. There should be a better way from the web sight to find if a idem is on back order instead of placing the order and getting a e-mail stating a idem is on back order."

"The Kellyco representative that I worked with listened to what I was actually saying and responded accordingly, by this I mean that when I made it clear that I was only interested in two very specific products he did not try and push me to purchase additional items. He also was obliging when I asked about a discount if i purchased multiples of the two items I was interested in. I was fully prepared for a big 'NO' but instead was offered a small, but better than nothing, discount for multiple purchases. In the end I did not make multiple purchases but he gave me the discount on the single items anyway. The product arrived promptly and in good condition. Good business, I will be buying from Kellyco in the future.

"I was looking for an entry level detector that I could use on the shore and in the Gulf. Delivery was on time, and the unit appears to be working fine, but the real test will have to wait until late December and January."

"Everything was good but when I called to suggest returning the defector due to significant noise issues, I felt that they were not going to replace it even if it was defective. I have decided to just keep it rather than waste money on postage. "
