"Initially I was impressed by kellyco with their comprehensive range and offers available. I placed an order for a minelabs excallibur and paid by credit card then later i recieved an email from an account manager that she would be handling my order and that some corrections to the shipment and payment were needed, Easily corrected and done the next day.
After correcting the details I emailed jimla back but no reply, again I emailed her a few days later and again no reply. A week later I called (overseas phone call) and
spoke to another lady and it was immediately cleared for shipment. When the
package arrived it was missing an item (minelabs pointer). Again I emailed but didn't
recieve a responce so I called and a nice lady explained that as they didn't process the order for shipment till after the minelabs pinpointer gift period expired the
shipping dep didn't ship it , luckily the lady agreed with me that as it was on the
original order confirmation she would ship it .


So as I mentioned initially my impression was very good but then after the lack of responce and me needing to chase it up myself I must say I'm very dissapointed.
I will think twice before I order again from kellyco. Great range and prices but poor
service however I must comment that it was one individual that ruined my impression in what looks to be a great company with years of experience. "

"My package was labeled with the wrong address, so it was DELIVERED to the that address! All of the emails sent by your company, prior to delivery, had my CORRECT address! That's the reason for my rating!

"kellyco's website needs to list if a product is out of stock or in stock. The original product I ordered was out of stock. I found out through an email from kellyco the following day. I ended up switching to a different product. If the website would have said out of stock I could have ordered the other product instead of having to wait. "
