"I raised my concerns about my very bad experience with Oil Change at Ken Towery on “1400 S Hurstbourne Pkwy” .

I received a call from Regional Manager (forgot name) , he told he would send a coupon for $25 for the inconveniences.

It is not that I am expecting any coupon from Ken Towery, just wanted to bring to notice the they promise and not stand by their words."

"I got my break pads replaced and it seemed fine. The place was swamped even though I came on a weekday and had an appointment. It wasn't nearly as quick or thorough as it had been in the past. It took a few hours to do a simple 40 minute (1 hour max) job. And they had to be reminded to check my fluids and tire pressure. I also had to ask for the replaced parts (which last time they had brought out and waiting for me when I paid my bill). Overall, not a terrible experience considering the worst that could happen at an auto place. But not the best they've been either. I wish they had been more on top of their schedule and had been able to more accurately give me a time estimate. That is all. "

"the staff was friendly and very caring bout my needs the tires i wanted wasnt avaiable and they called and told me and they got a set comparable to what I wanted and discounted them for my troubles and when I picked up they forgot to remove the tire disposable fee cause I keep my old tires and the manager called me at home that night asked me to come in the next day to fix my bill most company's dont do that I would recommend them to anyone looking for good tires and great customer service"
