On 08/21/09, I made a purchase on-site Kershaw NET.com, which spent U.S. $ 184.00 on a knife and U.S. $ 31.35 delivery charge, that occurs when sending the Kershaw-knives did not use tracking service the package and today more than six months later have not received my purchase. I was told to claim that the error had been the USPS, and that their responsibility was only to ship the goods. I have already sent emails demanding the return of the amount paid but they do not respond and did not charge the USPS to reimburse me, they claim that the error was the USPS office.
