"I did get my battery very quickly after ordering it, but it does not work correctly. I contacted Key Battery who told me to send it back for another one. The thing is I noticed that this is a different model number then the battery that came with my laptop, so I began to wonder if it is just the wrong part. I have sent a dozen emails regarding this to them and made 5 calls or should I say left 5 messages. I was corresponding with a guy named Jayson, thought I had sufficiently explained things, then suddenly he stopped responding. After a few days I emailed again asking what was going on and I received a email asking me the same questions I had already answered for Jayson, so I forwarded all of my correspondence with Jayson to them, that was 2 days ago again no response. I am just sending the battery back and requesting a charge back from my bank. "
"Ordered battery for my laptop. The one I received would not charge. They do not take calls for returns, only emails. They replied to my second email saying that batteries can "take up to 10-15 times of cycling to become in synch". I replied that I cannot cycle my battery if it will not hold a charge (duh!). They finally agreed to cross-ship me a new one when I emailed them that theirs was shipped. I did so, however I got my post office reply card that they had received my package and had not received anything from them. It never came. After several email attemps, they credited my card $40. The original charge was $59.26. I emailed them several times to ask about the 'missing' 20 bucks and never heard back. I would avoid this company. From now on I am not doing any internet shopping without reading the reviews."
"Delivered a defective product and when challenged denied the possibility of the product being defective. This merchant threatened with litigation when confronted the possibility of the credit card charge being disputed. Clearly this merchant should be avoided. Price is low but product and service is abominable so there is no value to this merchant in my experience.

I am writing now to let you know that I finally received the battery and
found it to be defective, which of course provides me grounds for a valid
dispute of the charge--one that is not fraudulent.
I will advice you that I have a whole family of lawyers who will be provided
with documentary evidence of the defective battery as well as your rude
conduct toward me by way of email.
I am quite confident that no judge will rule in your favor in this
situation.

Jason refused to connect me with someone who could help. Jason Hughes threatened to ruin my credit if I asked for our money back. He was insulting dismissive and hung up on me. "
