"I was unsatisfied with the way my hood applique was shipped. It is taking forever and a day to get an RMA and there was no way of submitting photos in the first place to verify my claim that the applique was shipped to me in such a way that it started pulling off of the backing paper, which could cause debris and dirt to get between it and the adhesive, shortening the life of the applique before it is even installed. We shall see how it goes, but the wait time for correspondence is, in my opinion, much too long. Then, after I finally got the RMA issued and the label sent, it has taken more than 9 business days (stated that 5 would be the maximum) to get my refund, and I have yet to get my refund. I have called every day since this week (4 times total) and finally got to talk to someone in the RMA department (Ryan) who was very rude and said I would be issued a refund and hung up on me. DO NOT use this supplier. Their customer service is terrible. Especially when the first rule of customer service is to exceed expectations. Even with the lowest expectations, they would fail to meet those."
