"So I order a part on June 30. I get an email on July 3 requesting an additional 10.82 for shipping(which I paid). I send a request on July 9 for a status update on my order. On July 10, I’m given a tracking number. On July 16, I check the tracking(which shows the package is awaiting pickup). That same day I call customer service to complain and ask for a refund. Rather than give me my money back, someone decides to ship the package anyway(three weeks late). Your customer service is seriously lacking. I’m sure if I decided to return the part and get a refund. You’ll just make me pay for the shipping. I will not be buying from this company again. "
