Since I ordered this item back in September, my order wasn't charged until the item ships out to me. Last month, I ordered an in stock item a Bishoujo figure which I later decided to cancel. I called and was promptly refunded. I am very happy with the level of service from Kirin Hobby. One satisfied customer here."
