"I placed an order for a Batman figurine on September 7, 2014. It is now January 6, 2015 and I have still not received the order. I followed up via email in October and was told the item was on backorder expected in November. Followed up in November was told the item was on backorder again pushed to December. I emailed again in December and now am getting NO RESPONSE. Horrible service. DO NOT order from this company. "
"I ordered this item on December 13th and paid $15 extra to have it shipped to me that week. My son has autism and is obsessed with fantastic mr.fox. I have been calling and calling and every time I bring up the matter they tell me they have poor reception. I have yet to recieve a refund or get the item paid for. I am a small business owner and stuff like this is just not acceptable especially around this time of year. So so angry by the lack of attention to your customers. "
