"I ordered a Michael Myers 12 inch figure from them in October. The website said it was a pre-order and should arrive that same month. I thought that was kind of strange since every other website had been sold out for over two months already. To this day, the website still says , "preorder, arriving in October". clearly that is not possible since October was three months ago. I have attempted to contact them numerous times only to get nowhere. I have send emails and left messages on the phone and I've never received any response. eventually I posted a complaint on this forum. That very same day, I actually received an email from them stating they would refund my money. Kind of ironic. The email stated within 3 to 5 business days I would have my money refunded. It's been almost a month and still nothing. I finally went to my bank and they are opening a fraud case against them. There has to be a way to get this site shut down for good. I am definitely looking into it because this is criminal. Kirin Hobby is is nothing more than fraudulent. I do not believe any positive post on this website is from a true customer. I would bet anything that they are actually affiliated with Kirin Hobby themselves. Always go with Big Bad Toy Store. I have never had any problems with them. I will do everything I can to expose this terrible website."
"I purchased two toys for my step daughter. Unfortunately these two items now appear on back order and I am not allowed to get a refund. I paid expedited shipping and it has been two and a half weeks without any response from the company. The phone number is bogus and so is their email system. I'm reporting this scheme to the BBB and to the Union City (CA) police department. I will sue this company. This is a complete scam."

"Ordered item over a month ago. Needless to say it wasn't under the tree for Christmas. Emailed for a refund and received an automated email stating that they had a lot of messages and could not respond. I went to their Facebook page and found nothing but negative reviews and people asking questions about where their item they ordered was. I still decided to message them through Facebook; however, I do not expect a response. Do not order from this terrible website."

The tracking # they gave for my product had both itema liated but only ine arrived. They have not responded to any emails and they have not returned any calls i have made.
