Okay store, abysmal customer service

Worst experience I ever had.

"When I placed my order their site stated all three (3) items were in stock. Two weeks later I checked the status and showed "backorder". I sent two different emails over a months time, while also calling and leaving two different messages to their customer service number, which I never received any response to any of them.

Finally when I did get a notification (3 months after original purchase) that they order was being shipped, I received the package and was only sent two of the three items I ordered. I still have not received one of the items on my original order (order #92411). They are still not responding to that request to both after the face as well.

Again, worst customer service, no response, and over four months after an order and I still have not received all items on my order which they happily accepted payment up front on.

Received late with no response

"I am completely dissatisfied with this company. I ordered way back in September for a birthday gift by October 2nd and just received it 2nd week of December. I already purchased both items. I email vendor and never received a response. I wanted to cancel it since I did not receive on time and no one responded.

Customer service

"Package was delivered in mint condition with no defects. Shipping took a long time but that's understandable due to the nature of the items and I had no problem with that. The biggest issue I have with Kirin hobby is that their customer service phoneline is open 4 hours a day (which they don't answer) and when you email them they will not get back to you. You can see the issue with this when you order something in January and get it in November-December. I had moved in those 11 months and needed to inform them, so I would receive my items to my new address. This was fixed when they received the item from their international supplier, as they had emailed me asking for a shipping confirmation and informing me about how it was now stocked. But, being in the dark, with zero communication has put a bad taste in my mouth, and I would only recommend this company if you're looking for a item that you are not able to preorder elsewhere. However, if this issue was fixed, I would be able to say differently as the items were well packed and not damaged. It could be a staffing issue or not having the customer as a priority, but it should be fixed before I will use them again. "

Do not order from this site!

"I called them 3 times, sent 2 emails, tried to contact them through their Facebook and Twitter accounts and still nothing. Still unable to cancel orders and they have only shipped 1 item out of 4 from another AFTER I had my bank step in. I don't know what has happened to this company but I want my money back so I can get my items from a respectable company. T"

Awful organization

"I ordered an action toy for my grandson in June 2017, they did state it was on back order and wouldn't be available for 30 days. I contacted them in August 3 times, September twice, October once and November in written format. I never received a call back nor did I get any written communication from them. I was process of working with my credit card company to reverse the charges. The item showed up on December 18, 2017 without any explanation. "

Buyer Beware

"February 2017 I ordered an item. Shortly after the item went on back order. Now it’s not in stock. I tried so hard for months to get a hold of the company to refund my money to me. I’ve tried to contact them numerous times over the phone. No one answers and no one returns the call when you leave a message. I’ve left numerous messages through email and social media. Finally this month 10 months later I hear back from them but they don’t refund my money but give me a store credit. I had no choice but to just buy another item from them. I would’ve rather had my money back. "
