"I ordered my kitchen and bathroom cabinets on July 27, 2015, and over a month and a half later I am still waiting on one last cabinet to be sent. The design process was fairly easy, but from the time I ordered it has been nothing but a mess. First, I was charged for the wrong order. Then, my cabinets came in separate shipments instead of one complete shipment. Items were on back order, which was not expressed to me so I was told that I would receive one complete shipment that would ship on Aug 13. An entire month later I am still waiting for the third and final shipment! Finally, I highly recommend that you order a sample, since my bathroom cabinet color looks nothing like the pictures. It looks yellow instead of brown. I relied on all of the good reviews for this company and was sorely disappointed. I sincerely hope others have more luck with this company than I did!"

If a specific cabinet is not in stock we offer options to hold the order and ship when all are in stock as one complete order, or we can ship all in-stock items out immediately, and back-order items are shipped separately at no additional shipping charge. For the samples, we recommend to all our customers to order samples ahead of time prior to ordering. Due to image quality, resolution,lighting etc gallery images are not 100% accurate representation of door style finish. ”
