"I ordered a few assembled cabinets, but received them RTA. I requested to return one of those cabinets, since it would have been quite a hassle for me to assemble it. Customer service wanted to charge me return shipping for the cabinet. Upon my insistence they agreed to credit me for shipping. To date I was not able to ship the cabinet back because I still have not received the return authorization form. Left a message and did not receive call back. Once I complete this kitchen renovation project, I will most likely not order again from them. The prices are high, shipping is high and the return policy is not very customer friendly - when the mistake is the company's. Cabinets are nice."
