"We ordered a total of 14 cabinets from Kitchen Cabinet Kings, plus crown moldings, fillers, etc. The order arrived yesterday, and 5 out of the 15 cabinets were damaged. I expected maybe one to be damaged -- not a THIRD of my order. This was not damage incurred in shipping -- they were damaged prior to shipment, and the company shipped them to us anyway. One of the cabinet doors had a large piece of wood flaked off, and had been finished over. The people constructing it obviously saw the damage, yet finished and used the door anyway. One of the cabinets had boot prints on the side of it, and was broken in several spots -- again, not areas that would have been broken during shipping. It was broken when it was walked on prior to packaging it. A drawer had a large gouge in the front, and the door of the sink base was severely discolored. The Lazy Susan doors had a gap nearly a half inch wide where the two doors meet -- you can see right into the cabinet with the door closed. To top it off, the filler pieces I ordered are MIA. When I contacted the company I was asked if I signed the bill of lading that included them -- the bill of lading I signed stated "Two Pallets and One Box." That was it. No listing of each item, no description of what was included in the shipment. The customer service rep says that there is a lead time of 7 to 14 business days to ship the replacements, so it will be at least another 2-3 weeks before I can finish my kitchen. This is very frustrating. I will not order from Kitchen Cabinet Kings again."
