"There was some damage and the part we needed was said to be on back order over a month out which we could not deal with as we are remodeling. We made due and Luisa helped send us some parts to cover and disguise the damage. She did what she could to help. Some of the cabinets did not have any instructions and one of them was the most difficult upper corner cabinet. We are pleased with the look and quality of the kitchen.
