"The design services were a true help. However, when I asked questions, they are left unanswered. I suggest after the first or second design build, the buyer be able to access to make changes such as appearance and balance of cabinets. Then the designer review and annotate potential issues. There can be more than a day between changes leaving the buyer frustrated in between."
"I purchased a large number of these cabinets for a kitchen and family room. Three of the cabinets arrived with defects - two were clearly damaged and patched together at the factory and one was damaged in transit. Kitchen Cabinet Kings gave me a hard time about replacing any of these, but finally, after much back and forth, agreed to do so. Although I purchased and paid extra for ASSEMBLED cabinets, they sent me one assembled and parts of the other two cabinets. I wanted to refuse delivery but was told that I would be charged a restocking fee if I did, and they would work with me later to make it right. After the delivery company left, I was told that it was their policy, as listed in their Ts&Cs to replace assembled cabinets with ready-to-assemble parts. This is not an ethical company to work with!"

"I thought I ordered a sample but then was notified I still had items in my cart so that was good that they informed me. You can build different carts and that is tricky. To build an order then order a sample first was a little harder than I liked but did succeed."
“Best way to to build a cart first and then order a sample is to build the full cart, then save the cart, then empty the cart, and finally add the sample to the cart and check-out online. We always look for ways to improve our system and thank you for your valuable feedback”
