"I purchased the Vitantonio TicTac Tomato Squeezer and Strainer from Kitchen Niche. When I tried to use the Vitantonio Tomato Squeezer and Strainer at the beginning of September to prepare and can my tomato harvest, I discovered it was not only defective but didn't work. On September 13th, I received the following response from the Kitchen Niche support person: "It looks like you simply received a lemon. I'm sorry about that." I was asked to send a video showing "how it is spinning without the cutting wheel turning". As per the request, I sent two videos on September 21st. Subsequently, I sent multiple emails and called. It is now November 28th, and I am still awaiting a response, reimbursement, or store credit. I appreciate that Kitchen Niche acknowledged that the tomato squeezer and strainer they sold me is defective and requested I send a video to prove so. I am happy with all the other items I purchased from them. However, it is not good business practice to not respond to their customers or for Kitchen Niche to not stand behind the defective product they sold me. I should also not be expected to pay to ship the product back to the store or manufacturer. "

I'm a conscientious consumer, I price match and use coupons, cashback and rewards. They offer none of these options and I STILL return here.

They gave a better price on multiple purchases of the Victorinox Fibrox chef's knives that America's Test Kitchen recommended. I like the Flax Seed Grinder as it has a Crushgrind mechanism, I give them as gifts at Christmas with a lovely spice blend.

I find them affordable and knowledgeable. They might not be lightning fast, but they're not a 5 day response. They offer free shipping.... in Canada, that's a gift.

I highly recommend them, I like to buy local, but they beat Ontario pricing most of the time.

Can't say enough good things. Hope that 10 years from now I'm still getting the quality that I've come to expect.

"On Mar. 28/21, I placed an order for 2 items. On Mar. 29, I received one of the items as a gift from my husband so I emailed Kitchen Niche & asked that they remove one of the items from my order because I no longer needed it. No response. I emailed again, no response. I telephoned but all I got was voice mail with no opportunity to leave a message. On Mar. 30, I emailed them 4 times & tried telephoning..again just a voice message. By then I no longer wanted to deal with a company with such poor customer service so I emailed to cancel my entire order. In between my emails I received an email from them that they were processing & packing my order! I immediately emailed back to cancel my order. In total, since Mar. 29 I had emailed them 6 times. No response. On Apr. 1, I received an email from them saying that they had shipped the one item even though I had repeatedly asked for the entire order to be cancelled! It will be returned because I do not want to deal with this company."

"Went with this site as it's local, trying to support during Covid. It was in stock (vs. another page I was looking at) so I was happy. Paid for faster shipping.

It's been two weeks and it's not even been sent. I sent an e-mail asking where it was, she told me it says on the site that it's backordered and they'll ship it when it's ready. Lied to me and said the website says it's backordered. I checked the site on 2 browsers on my phone and on my desktop computer and took screen shots. Nothing says it's back ordered. I sent a response asking about the extra I paid for faster shipping... no response.

I had also received an e-mail on May 5 saying it was being packed... hard to do if it's back ordered. It was the 9th that she told me it was back ordered.

"I read some bad reviews about this seller regarding their service right after I made my purchase, which worried me a bit. I ordered two french bread pans on Monday and I got them today Thursday. In between I got daily updates from the seller letting me know the items were packing, shipping, etc.
Service was great, the pans seem to be good quality too. So nothing to worry about. I even wonder about all those negatives reviews, most reviewers are either 5 stars or 1, which makes me think if they are all honest... Just my 2 cents, I'd buy again from this seller."
