"Ordered a slicing knife but before placing an order I asked about a price match. Of course Sandra replied about 4 days later & all I had to do was write price match in comments section & she'd be sure it was done. Well, checked my credit card statement a few days later & found the full price was charged. Sandra replied with a note that because the item was out of stock price match did not happen. Provided her with another site that had the same knife at a few dollars more but still much cheaper. No response. Requested authorization to return the knife. Unfortunately I never received the item -- fault of the post office but Sandra never responded to my emails when I informed her of it. Had to contact the credit card company to reverse the charge. Why not inform me prior to shipping that there wouldn't be a price match?"
"I ordered a product 2 months ago and never received it! They only replied to two emails out of all communication I sent, kept telling the item would be in soon. Yet to receive. What a scam, wish I could get my money back. This is the reason I don’t trust online shopping! "

"Ordered a specific item in early May, and after a month, it did not arrive. Requested to cancel order and refund purchase. Was assured the item would be shipped by end of June. By July 12, it still hadn't arrived. Have sent many emails and received no replies. Have called Customer Service tollfree number, and only get a voicemail - left many messages and till no reply. Don't risk your money with these scammers."

"I'm an international customer and ordered an aebleskiver pan in april 2015. After the expected delivery date was due, I contacted them many times, but there was no response. I paid an expensive shipping, almost as much as the item itself. They never provided a tracking number. This site is a joke. I lost all my money because there was no more time to cancel after such long international shipping . Very very disappointed!"
