"Unfortunately, the items I ordered were never delivered. I've tried contacting KlearGear about this--but after 8 days, 2 emails and 2 messages left on their automated phone system, I've been unable to speak to anyone or to receive any kind of response. I've resorted to filing a complaint with PayPal.
So far they haven't responded to that, either."

"Ordered twice from this store. First time with credit card I was charged and now am disputing that charge b/c I did not receive the item.
The second time ( before I realized my discover card was charged) I ordered again but used paypal as payment. This time it took a while but I filed a dispute which then held all their paypal funds until they provided proof of shipment. Technically I forced their hand so my advice to you is this
if u want something , use paypal. u must REALLY want it otherwise just don't bother with this company b/c communication is impossible and i personally do feel like their a company out to scam."

I can echo everything people before me have said - they charged my credit card, told me 10 days shipping - I have not received my merchandise - I have called and emailed - 3 different addresses! "Kleargear.com charged my credit card but didn't ship my item. It has been 5 weeks, much longer than the 10 days they promised. They do not answer e-mails. Phone calls go to an answering machine and they don't reply.
My order was less then $50 so I can't "dispute" the charge with my credit card company.

"WOW - I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this "merchant". I ordered a set of printed circuit board drink coasters and never received them. I have left NUMEROUS emails and voice mails asking for a refund to my account to no avail. THEY TOTALLY SUCK-STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS. "I ordered two tshirts from KlearGear in July 2008 and never received them. I called their customer service number 4 times and sent 3 emails and never received a reply from them. This company is bad news. They are taking money from consumers and relying upon people to just give up on trying to get their purchases. I finally got my credit card company to reverse the charges and reported them to the virtually useless Better Business Bureau. I will NEVER do business with them again."
"More than satisfied with KlearGear. I ordered a t-shirt from KlearGear.com on the 8th, and it arrived in perfect condition on the 14th. Good price, fast shipping; however, like other reviews, contact with the company is near impossible. All in all, not bad, I had no significant issues."

My experience mirrors the others listed here. IMO these people are criminals, but only steal small amounts of money to stay below the radar. I ordered $56.36 worth of items and they billed through PayPal $80.17. They shipped $23.98 worth of goods and sent receipts indicating more was shipped than actually were. So basically, I paid $80 for two tee shirts. I have left numerous messages, sent numerous emails, sent snail mail and all go unanswered. They lie about when things ship, and their account cannot be contested by PayPal. I wish I had used a credit card so I could protest that way. I have never been treated so shabbily ordering items from the internet, and I have ordered thousands of things.

Multiple Calls and emails go unanswered. Biggest scam site ever. It's in the hands of my credit card company's fraud dept so at least I'll get my credit back though their fraud protection program. I filed a complaint with the BBB, as many of you have done just for good measure. Maybe if there are enough recorded complaints these crooks will be shut down for good. So in short: STAY AWAY! "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I placed an order on Jan 21, 2008 for 2 small electronic devices costing me a total of $35.93. I received a confirmation email from Kleargear clearly confirming my order and a delivery of 5-10 days. It also stated that credit cards will not be charged until the order has been filled. My card was charged the full amount the next day. After 10 business day, I had not received my order or any communication from the company. They do not provide a tracking number because according to their website, their warehouse is being relocated and their tracking services are down. I sent an emal to the email addresses included in the confirmation email requesting confirmation that the order has been shipped. I have since sent 4 more emails cc'ing other address that I've found on the website. These are ****@****, ****@****, and ****@****. I have also called them several times at the posted number for customer service 1-888-KLEARGEAR, always receiveing a recording instructing me to leave my name and number and number so someone can call me back. As of today, FEB 15 2008, I have not received ANY form of correspondence from them. I found ResellerRatings.com while trying to research the company and I now see from everyone's posts that the company will never contact me or ship my order. I have reported this to my credit card company and they will most likely be crediting my account and taking the matter up with KlearGear's bank. This is the first time in my 30 year young life that this sort of thing has happened to me. I'm fortunate enough that the cost was relatively small. I will continue to report KlearGear (Egghead Enterprises according to my credit card statement)to help prevent anyone else from falling victim to this so called company. "
