"Never received product a/o 29 Dec. Paid for rush shipping. Credit card was debited 16 Dec. Want to cancel, get my money back. Company is unresponsive via e-mail or telephone. Customer Service is always busy. According to their on-line policy, I won't receive a refund. Would never, never, never recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT BUY ANYTING FROM KLEARGEAR. I'm not sure the company exists."
