"After browsing local retailers for motorcycle apparel for a few weeks i gave up and started searching the web. Kneedraggers.com came up a few times in seaches so i checked out the site and found the prices to be great and the range to be impressive.
After placing an order on the 2nd of April, I expected a wait of approximately 2-3 weeks (international order to Australia) but was amazed when on the 11th, that's 9 days in total, the package showed up at my post office.
Great service and the products are true to description and the quality is first rate.

"Easy to order and pay for items with PayPal. When the brake lines I purchased were not long enough I called and spoke to Casey? He was pleasant and said he would call back in 30 minutes with an answer. He didn't. I sent an email and that was not answered, so three days later I called again and spoke to Stan. He told me the lines were long enough because no one had ever complained before (?). My bike stock and if Speigler lines were exact replacements they would have fit, but the main line from the front master cylinder was an inch and a half too short. Now how can I order new lines for my bike when the replacements are not the same diminsions? It seems you can order longer lines at no extra charge, but how am I the customer to know the length of the lines I am buying? You order by the bike and hope for the best.

Casey isn't responsive for not calling me back and who ever handles your email responses didn't get back to me either, three days is too long a wait. It is if Kneedragger was hoping I'd just go away.

Stan was helpful but the best he could do is allow me to buy ANOTHER brake line at cost to help me out. So now I have the distinction of having the only 10 year old SV650 with the most expensive brake lines around. I don't think I'll be using your company again."
