"Soo.... what can I say about this place? While the stuff they have might be at a good price, they just don't seem to have what I want in stock. Back-order on almost everything so business must be good. The gloves were a few weeks wait for me, no problem. I later found out that the date come and passed... and they don't know when its coming. Offered me different gloves, different color, no refund. The new item they offered me was cheaper and they forgot to refund me difference. I had to remind them. They don't seem to know whats going on unless you call and nag on them. Not cool. Lesson learned. After I get my gloves gonna leave this site like I left that girl I met at the club for one night.
They pick up the phones during their business hours. That's the only pro I can give to them.

"After the experience I had with Kneedraggers, I will not be ordering from them again. Their website says "in-stock", but they don't tell you that they have to drop-ship from other warehouses. My item didn't even ship to me until 5 business days AFTER I had checked out and paid for the item. When I brought this to the attention of customer service via e-mail, they were slow to respond, rude with the response, and basically just gave me the feeling of "tough, deal with it" kind of attitude. I'm sure for some they have been a great website, but for me, they lost a customer for life, but it doesn't seem as if they seem all that bothered by it ...
boy it takes you 2 weekdays to respond to a customer service request but 5 minutes to respond to a review of said customer service .... priorities "

"I ordered a SpeedoHealer on Sunday May 15th. On Monday morning I received an email letting me know the address didn't match my credit card. I called right away and they verfied the address was correct and said they would ship immediately. Tuesday afternoon I received another email saying there was an outstanding issue with my order and until I called them my order would not be processed. I call again and they said for some reason their system didn't have my verification. They said they would fix it right away and my order would ship immediately. By Monday, May 23rd I hadn't heard anything from the KneeDraggers so I emailed them that night and they responded Tuesday morning with a tracking number which showed it didn't ship until after I emailed them Monday night. I am glad I received my order but it took way too long to get it and I don't think I would ever receive it if I didn't contact them."
