"When I received my shipment confirmation email without a tracking number (it simply stated "ITEM(S) SHIPPED FROM DISTRIBUTOR"), I was concerned. Other reviews regarding their drop shipping policies were not reassuring. Fortunately, at least in my case, it seems kneedraggers is taking customer service more seriously. Although my order was delayed for reasons the distributor could not explain, kneedraggers took responsibility and overnighted my order at their expense. Never stop working to improve, guys! Having a tracking number from the start would have been ideal, and saved everyone the cost of human follow-up."
