"Purchased a set of Dunlop Elite 3 Bias Touring tires for my Royal Star Venture. I am looking for a tire that will provide longer life. Great pricing on Dunlop tires at KneeDraggers. Placed order on a Thursday and received tires in two days, shipped regular freight. Excellent service on shipping.

Only concern was age of tires. Rear tire was produced in 2009 and front in 2007. It has been my experience that tires purchased on line are usually not current year production. I contacted Dunlop before installing tires and they gave the following response. "The warranty for Dunlop Motorcycle tires covers tires for material and workmanship for six (6) years and cracking for four (4) years or until the tire is worn out. As long as tires are stored properly, three years should not be an issue." I have a lot
I will wear the tires out before I have to worry about cracking. Tires balanced easily and I have been very impressed with the ride characteristics of the Elite E3 tires. They provide great traction on dry or wet pavement. The Elite E3's track really well on curves and give good feedback for a big bike. I prefer the E3's feel over the D404 tires that I have used on my Venture in the past. Time will tell if I can increase the mileage over what I have been getting on the D404 tires.

"Kneedraggers, simply put, is the jam. I've actively been purchasing more and more products online, for my bike, and I've found that their catalog is quite expansive; their products are competitively priced; their customer service is efficient and helpful; and their shipping times are fast.

I'm very picky in regards to online retailers. Kneedraggers comes through with the highest marks from me. Outside of running some pretty crazy specials every now and then by marking down some really expensive gear, they also implement a service that rewards the shopper, with store credit, based on their accumulated purchase amount.

"I'm very impressed. I am overseas (Australia) and I received my dainese jacket within 6 days of ordering using standard shipping! The price was excellent, here it would be around $1200, I got it shipped for like $450.

Customer service was very good, before ordering I sent them an email to confirm the size and within a matter of hours I got a reply from a guy called Chris. Very impressed.

"I was quite impressed how quickly I recieved my purchase and that it was in excellent condition! I however was not happy with a few things.
1. As a first time purchaser when I clicked to apply the "firstpurchase" discount the button did not apply the discount, it sent my order instead so I was not even able to review it.
2. My purchase total on my invoice said $366.99 however my credit card was billed $378.12.
3. Realizing that my purchase was coming accross the border and that I would be responsible for duty and taxes upon arrivial I was SHOCKED when this additional total came to $117!!!!!!
So over all with the service, yes I liked it, however I recommend that the total you provide the customer should be the total that you actually charge their credit card, and perhaps indicate to your Canadian customers that they may recieve an enourmous bill once they pick up their purchase."
