"This company is a scam. I ordered a set of 6 Damascus kitchen knives. One month and still nothing. Paid premium shipping. Shipping information says “shipping label has been created” still. I went back to my bank statement and searched up the information given in the statement. It takes you to a digital development site, nothing related even close to knives. Hopefully this helps people in the future. Do not buy from this company, you will not get your product they will take your money and run. If you do and experience a problem, file a dispute with your bank. And then Fill out a fraud tip on the FBI website (USA) to get this company shut down "
"Had a 40$ purchase, money was deducted immediately from my account. No knife. 2 weeks later still had no shipping info. Called them and they said they don’t deliver to Michigan. There are no restricting laws for knives in Michigan for almost 10 years. They said they would credit my account. Never did stay away from these crooks."

These guys lure you in with a good deal (too good to be true apparently) and try to up the price once you place an order. I do everything in my power to support American small businesses, but this company is at the very least immoral if not illicit. An interesting note about their engraving "service" - the address is 17423 Chadsford Ave, Baton Rouge, LA 70817, and is a residential address. Yet another reason I doubt the legitimacy of the company."
"They take your money and you dont get your product and their contact information is not accurate so there is nothing you can do. I reported them to FTC and BBC and think others here should too. I think all on here can attest that you only look up a company after something happens so if enough of us report them then maybe we can help others by getting it shut down. Google "FTC report fraud" and fill it out online. "

And they didn't deliver it and sending stupid emails that they require my driving license copy because these days credit card fraud is happening. I send 2 times their required documents but no reply. "I purchased a knife that was said to be in stock according to the website. This was false. I then had to reach out to them to figure out the problem. Customer service just kept blaming it on the "warehouse" guys. After a month of not receiving a tracking number or any update on the knife that I purchased, I decided to cancel the order and request a refund. I was told that I would not recieve a refund untill the "warehouse" processed it. This took another month and several emails to customer service. But, I still did not receive a refund. After the 20th email, I finally recieved a "receipt" for refund. Ofcourse, to no surprise, this refund did not go back into my account. I reached out one last time and customer service told me that it was my banks fault and to contact them. After speaking with my Wells Fargo representative, they informed me they had no signs of a refund on their end. So I then had to file a claim against knife depot to get back my money for a product that never even reached me. Currently my claim is pending.....PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND DO NOT BUY FROM KNIFE DEPOT!!!!!!"
