Wish I read the reviews before I came to them.

"It has been a disappointment from the moment I made my purchase. After two weeks of nothing but excuses about why my knife wasn't shipped, apparently covid and the holidays has devastated the knife industry, they contacted and said that my order is on backorder. And if I want to cancel or wait a "few" weeks for it to be shipped. Thats when the problem starts. They informed me and said that my card will be credited with a refund purchase. That was 1 week ago. With no return emails or phone calls. Its going on a month since I placed the order.
They ****, its a scam. And I don't know when or if ill get my money back. Please read the same kind of reviews before doing any kind of knife purchase with this company!!!
Horrible, poor customer service, the phone # is a voice-mail. I can provide 20+ emails trying to rectify this on going issue. STAY AWAY!!!!

horrible customer service

"I ordered a knife. I paid for two day shipping. Five days later the item had not shipped. I emailed the company and the order was finally sent to the post office. Ten days later, today, my order is out for delivery. I should receive it today.
1. If the item not being shipped was oversight, it happens.
2. The item should have been shipped by the standards I paid for. The company completely ignored what I paid for.
3. I emailed the company to get a refund for the extra paid for the faster delivery. Good luck.

Summary
I feel grateful to receive the item without contacting the credit card company concerning fraud. I will not hold my breath on receiving refund for the lie of the deliberate shipment mishap. They would get a one star, but I will probably receive the item. For that. I am grateful.

Finally received the item.

I needed a good kitchen knife. I ordered from ****@****, great reviews. shipment shipped the same day without reminding them it was ordered. Shipped priority for free. Great selection.

unless something odd happens, I recommend using ****@****.

They do not know how to run a business

"First off, they do not answer the phone or call you back. I order a knife a few weeks ago from them and then nothing. Like its a scam. Ive emailed them a few times and the only responds I get are form letters or we sent your request to the warehouse. Do not deal with these people."

Thieves, plain and simple

"I got a confirmation of payment for my order. 6+ weeks later, I haven't received a shipping confirmation let alone the product I paid for. I also can't get in touch with anyone at the company, and I've tried phone, email, text, Facebook...everything I can think of. Don't even consider buying from them, you're just handing your money to thieves."

Poor shipping time and no quality control.

""I place an order for 4 Kershaw Camo blur with Names to be engraved on them on Dec 11 and receive in on Jan 5 but not a one show up with a names on them. I send them a email after about 2 week asking them what was up with my order. took 3 days for them to reply.. When they show up without the name engraved, I email again. I ask them have they want to handle it and here their reply. "I checked on the order you placed and there was no request for the item to be engraved, and you weren't also charged for the engraving fee. I sent you a copy of your email confirmation for your order too. please let us know if this is accurate. We can engrave the items for you if you want but you will need to be shipped to our engraver." "

Took the money and ran

"Placed my order, received a order receipt and tracking number. The following day I received a email that the knife is out of stock and offered a replacement knife. I declined and cancelled my order. I received a confirmation of that cancellation but they charged my card anyway. I've left 3 voicemails, and sent 3 emails but I'm being ignored. I now disputed the fraudulent charge. If I could have left no stars I would have!"

Inexpensive for a reason.

"Would giver a Zero if possible. Two out of three knives are broken. One on the first day. Said they would replace, but been over a month. Charged $8.79 Shipping via USPS First Class Letter. Ripoff."

Placed an order, one week later still no contact.

"I placed an order online and received a confirmation email but haven’t received any contact after that a week later. Emailed them, tried their chat feature, called the 800 number on the website, got an answering machine. No response. Either it’s a scam or the company is inept."

Waste of time and money

"Ordered a knife from Knifedepot over 1 month ago and still have not received it! Contacted their customer service 2 weeks ago and they advised “its on its way”. Still waiting. On top of that I paid the most expensive shipping option so that it would be here for my fathers 60th birthday which was 2 weeks ago... "

Awful customer service

"I placed an order for which I have not hear anything for over 10 days. My repeated email and phone messages were never returned. I requested the order to be cancelled and purchased the knife from another seller. After I cancelled it I got a notification from FedEx that the order was shipped.

Never received the Refund

"I have returned the item via Fedex per their email request. On the 16th of January, Jenna replied the email... mentioned that they have received the return item and processing the fund of 376.94, after deducting their shipping fee. However, it has been almost 2 weeks that there is no credits back on my card yet. Thus, I have emailed and called them few times, and no one replied any emails and answered my calls. It seems that Knife Depot is actually a Big SCAMMER!!!!!!"

Never got a refund

"I ordered from them in september but when i received it, it wasn't what a wanted, so returned it. The customer service representative Jenna said it was no problem. She gave me the address to send it back, but she wrote the address wrong. When i told her this she sent a FEDEX shipping label which she also charged me for. So not only did i BUY the knife , paid TWICE for shipping, I still haven't gotten my refund yet. Every email i send, she says she'll look into for me. IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS. Now I'm out almost $200 for nothing. This was the worst experience I've ever dealt with a company. I would never recommend this company. It is a SCAM company."

Never gave refund

"I bought a knife for a Christmas gift it showed in stock a week later I had heard nothing from them about shipping. I tried to call and got voice mail only no matter what time of day. Finally I sent a text and they said they were waiting on the warehouse to ship a two days later got a email saying the knife was out of stock. I ask for a refund and was told they would credit my card. That was December 5th as of today the 22 no credit on my account. I’ve emailed numerous times with no reply. The order was $182.25 be careful with these guys. Once the have your money your not getting it back. I made the original order on November 27th. Do business with them at your own risk. "

“Hi, we are very sorry for the delay in processing your refund. Your refund has been processed and order cancelled. The holiday season was very busy for us, and as I explained in my email earlier we are truly sorry for the delay here. We have setup new processes to monitor availability. We were not trying to scam you in any way. We have been in business for over 15 years, and want to prevent this sort of thing from happening to our customers in future. Thank you for your feedback, we hope to provide a better experience in future! ”

Never shipped

"I complained after the first week of no progress on my order. Now it’s been two weeks and all that they have done is print a shipping label. FedEx shows that they have never received a package.
This is feeling more and more like some kind of scam.
On Monday I’ll see if they will cancel my order.
