"When I ordered my custom engraved dual action OTF from knife Depot it came out the box defective. The blade sharp as a razor and shaped like a spear came out and stayed out I'm the locked position. The mechanism had failed and there was nothing I could do to send it back it. Immediately I sent an email to customer support and they had me return the knife in my hopes they would honor their 60day money back guarantee. I paid the shipping cost an returned the knife. When they got the knife they agreed the knife was faulty. After a few more emails and the decision to have a refund versus them send out a new knife.
