"I am very happy with my experience with Knife Merchant, i ordered late in the day after closing and had paid extra for 2 day shipping, they called me the very next morning to explain that the product I ordered was shipped directly from the manufacturer and has a two day lead time. They were concerned that because I ordered the 2 day shipping I did not realise the additional lead time and that could be a problem for me. They did not have to do that, but I appreciated it, they were very cooperative giving suggestions for alternatives and trying to work something out with me. I chose to just wait for the original product and they refunded my 2 day shipping. It ended up coming very quickly anyway and I was very pleased with the purchase. The staff i dealt with were extremely friendly and seemed genuinely concerned for my needs. I would definitely be more than happy to do business with them again.
