"The website for Knobs4Less is very easy to use. I like how I could put in the parameters that I needed in order to find just the right knobs/pulls. The ones I ordered are perfect. The website allows you to put in your information and alerts you when there are changes (order received, shipment ready for shipping, shipment delivered). I got the email that my shipment was completed and thought it meant it had been delivered - that was my error. I contacted them by telephone and they researched it while I was on the phone to confirm where the shipment was. It took less than 2 minutes for everything. I ordered on August 18th and received my order on August 20th. Great service!!! I would definitely order from them again. "

We did the test fitting and my wife like the drawer pulls so much that we ordered them for all of the drawers and cabinets. I’ve already installed all of the cabinets. Now onto the drawers!"
"Our drawers require 3/4 inch long machine bolts. Those sent with the order are too long and can not be trimmed down to size. I called to see about having the correct size sent and was told it would cost $8.95 to send 16 of the 3/4 bolts. Not sure how 3-4 ounces of bolts cost $8.95 to send. Had to go to Home Depot to get the correct size bolts."
