Almost a month waiting on refund - finally received a letter with a gift card for refund amount

"Finally received a letter today with gift card for refund amount.
Been waiting on refund from Kohl’s since Nov 24th on 6 items out of 9 items paid for but not in box sent through FEDX (bought a total of 29 items and they were shipped a variety of ways). Called over 6 Times - Incident Report made, called back found out it was never put in system, new Incident Report made, then told it wasn’t put in system until 5 Days later, kept calling back to see why I had not been issued a refund. Last time was told in 2-3 Days and that they were going to expedite my refund. Well NO refund as of Dec 22nd. Box sent through FEDX was ONLY BIG ENOUGH for the 3 Queen sheet sets and NO MORE SPACE for anything else - even though 9 listed as sent.

Ripped off

"Long story short I purchased for big orders and returned some items to the store and the bill received after 3 weeks didn’t show the amount that I returned it.. it supposed $67 total credit and only show on bill not even $30.. I don’t understand how they do the math?? Never ever shopping there again. Beware guys!"

Worst customer service on the PLANET.

"Same as many below. Placed an order on line on Nov. 27 for 3 items. Received 2 of them as promised. The last one is stuck somewhere between FedEx and the USPS. Have talked to 3 people so far each have told me that they have "escalated" it for tracking. I can see on the FedEx website that it left their facility but doesn't seem to have made it to the USPS. According to FedEx that delivered it to the USPS. According to the USPS, they didn't. What really ticks me off is that the last rep at Kohl's told me that they couldn't reach anyone at FedEx?? FedEx picked up on my first try to them. Also, the rep said that once the package left their warehouse and turned over to the carrier(FedEx) it was no longer their responsibility!!! What a joke of a company to actually tell your customer that?? It's no wonder that Amazon is kicking all of the traditional retailers butts!!"

LOST $200 DOLLAR CHRISTMAS ORDER !

"I am furious with this moronic error, but even more furious with the incredibly horrible customer service! Kohl’s has hands down the worst customer service of any store I’ve ever shopped!!
Kohl’s could really learn something from Amazon as they have amazing customer service!

I placed a $200 dollar order last Thursday, 12/14/17. Today, the 18th of December I received someone else’s ordered product with MY shipping label on their box! This mean THEIR shipping label was more than likely placed on one or more of my orders!!!!
I called customer service, (AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE), which was not located in the states, and was given zero reasonable solutions! The man (Juan) had the audacity to ask me to return this suitcase to Kohl’s as if I work for Kohl’s and for free. HELL NO I WILL NOT PARTAKE IN, OR BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR FIXING KOHLS F’ UP!
I ordered online for a reason!!!!
Then, the idiot tells me we will sit and wait to see where my TIME-SENSITIVE orders end up, further wait for the person to phone Kohl’s, to then return my order and then finally Kohl’s will ship my purchased order. WORST “SOLUTION” EVER! No way in hell, relying on this crap idea, would I receive my order as promised by the 24th of December (IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS). I ask to speak with a supervisor, I then get placed on a 20+ minutes hold, which goes nowhere but to a survey. Omg insane! I call again and get put through to yet again the foreign underpaid call-center, I ask to be transferred to a call center in the United States of America, I then am transferred to a Spanish speaking rep

Order being cancelled after processing and money being deducted

"I ordered couple of items from Kohls online yesterday, since there was a good discount going on there, however order got processed, money deducted and Order got cancelled. I called up the helpdesk and they said it may be because of your card not being accepted. I ordered again with another card and even that order got processed and cancelled. So twice a big amount from my debit and credit has got stuck because of this and it will take me about 30 days to get it back to my card now.

I believe their payment methods online is really horrific.

Horrible customer service for online shopping

"I ordered a few items on 11/22. Received 3 of them 11/27. On 12/1 I called because the 4th item was never received but said it was shipped and delivered and I would get an email within 24 -48 hours about my case, never heard anything, so I called back on 12/8 they said the same thing, again I never heard from anyone. On 12/11 I did an online chat and said I wanted my money back again they said they would escalate my case, stI'll did not hear from anyone. I called back again on 12/13 they said a refund would be processed. Someone emailed me finally on 12/14 about the case asking if the post office had my package so they could act accordingly, really, I thought they were refunding my money. I replied to the email, no response and no refund as of 12/19, absolutely the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with."

Customer service is the worst.

"When I called to check on order I never received I was rold.to call back in one hour. They still had one hour before it would be considered lost. I was assured I would have no problem getting my ordered replaced. When I called back I was told the previous conversation I had was not documented and had to wait 24 more hours before it would be considered late. Kohls ****!"

Ripped off!

"I placed an order online for a store pickup. They “expired” my order after 24 hours, for no apparent reason. (No one seems to know why). I used Kohl’s cash and now I have no merchandise and no Kohl’s cash. I have talked to Kohl’s.com several times for several hours. Amazingly, everyone I talk to is dazed and confused. Kohl’s cash is a scam and, in my opinion, is false advertisement. I will keep calling until one of us gives up!!"

Will not ever buy from website again

"I ordered 3 items, only received one, so I called, they wanted me to rebuy then they would send me the items and then refund me the money on the no shipped items that I didn't receive... I told them no that I was not going to pay again for something they didn't ever send me, they said they'd redflag it and I'd hear back in 3 days...still no word, called again and yet again they wanted me to rebuy an item I still haven't received...now they are saying if I don't hear back by yesterday to call back, so I did and yet again got told the same thing. I am a single mom of three boys, I can't afford to rebuy items I never receivedat all and as of now I'm out $55 and two Christmas presents...Thanks Kohl's for being so crappy"

They don't even deserve 1 star!

"Ordered 14 items on 11/23, all were ready for shipment by 11/27 all money was deducted from my bank account on 11/29. fast forward to 12/7, tv still not shipped, go on chat, they are making my issue a "high priority"! Doing an "investigation"! Will hear back via email 24-48 hours. 12/10 no word, chat again. Told that my order was cancelled due to the tv being sold out, I was upset, wanted a tv. My money was going to be refunded. 12/11, expecting my refund...nothing call and am told that my refund was processed successfully, I will get an email when the tv is available, I can purchase for same price and he added a couple of promo codes. 12/12 no refund chat again am told that they are "investigating" why my tv wasn't shipped, duh, I can tell you that, making my issue a "high priority". Told them to cancel my order and refund my money, that a manager needed to be notified. He said it takes 7 business days to refund my money, I ask if it's 7 days from today, yes it is!!Why not 7 days from the 7th? Call 800 # told that another dept. is investigating and trying to find me a tv, (I ordered another from Walmart Monday night). Asked for a supervisor, he too tells me a refund will be sent, I asked for a date he said 7 working days, I said "no I want a date" he counts and says December 18th!!! Never notified that the item was sold out, found documentation that money would not be taken until item shipped. Found many complaints on line today, thinking that a class action law suit needs to be filed! I will be visiting my bank tomorrow, with all documentation, including screen shots of chats, cell phone records of phone calls, original order and cost and screen shot of my tv sitting in my account not shipped! I am sure I will get assistance and direction from them as to my options. Would like to see Kohl's no longer permitted to debit accounts!

Will not spend another dime here

"So on Black Friday I went in to find a Dyson vacuum cleaner that was advertised. It was no where to be found after searching the store several times. Then, when asking an employee she was rude and sent us somewhere else. After chasing people down, and asking everyone we finally found someone who knew what we were talking about. The vacuum wasn't even out to be purchased, they were all in the back.. so then we waited about an hour and a half in line, which was expected.. But after purchasing I redeemed $90 Kohl's Cash. Well today I was sorting through some things and realized IT ALREADY EXPIRED. Not only am I HIGHLY disappointed, as this is A LOT of money, I am even more frustrated looking at the dates and seeing it was only valid for a little longer than a week! The only reason I bought what I did, was to get this cash so I could buy Christmas presents for my family. I work 3 jobs, and am a full time nursing student. And for you guys to give such little time to redeem ANY Kohl's cash is bogus. I will NEVER spend another penny here. And upon seeing all of the 1/10 star reviews, I now understand how you have earned that. "

Kohl's cancelled; got me to reorder, but no Kohl's cash

"I placed an order with Kohls.com on Nov 24 earned over $100 in Kohl's cash. For "Security reasons" Kohl's cancelled my order; sent me an email. I called them; they asked me a couple of simple questions and then wanted to reinstate my order. They were going to reinstate my order at higher prices but I got them to adjust prices to my original order date. I neglected to ask about Kohl's cash however; and when I looked at my account to spend the Kohl's cash-NO KOHL'S CASH. When I called to find out why they said no Kohl's cash was available. I would have never reordered if I had known that. After a few days they cancelled an item on my order which I could have bought somewhere else for a good price on Nov 24. Still don't have some of the items-never dealing with Kohl's.com again."

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

"Kohl's has rhe most WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH! They lost my package, advising me I have to wait the full 10 business days as per their policy and create a case number JUST so I can have my item re shipped . Today is the 10TH day and i was told they CANT re ship my item that all they can do is give me a refund!!!! & if they re order my item I will have to pay again!!!!! This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABL"

worst return policy/system ever

"Ordered some sheets online. received a box with the wrong order. took two days to receive a response from their order accuracy people. Obviously they are located abroad because I get emails from them past midnight. they say they need the upcs of the wrong items, fine. Then they send me an email saying a pickup has been arranged. Wait, i never got a shipping label and the shipping address is my work, a company with 10,000 employees. I email back saying I need a shipping label to send this back. No response. Then i get an email from UPS saying my package has been picked up. What the heck? I call Kohls and get connected to a call center in a spanish speaking country, thats fine. I tell them my issue and they look up the case number, they say just return it in store or go through the website. She guides me to the website over the phone and conveniently tells me I have to pay for my own shipping. Nope, not going to do that. I ask to speak to a manager and she puts me on hold for 20 minutes. I hear her laughing in the background. Total of 40 minutes of my time wasted. "
