Late payment

"I have been a loyal customer for 35 years. Last month my payment did not get made (forgot to hit the final button on electronic payment). This got reported to my credit history and caused my rating to go from excellent to good (dropped 100 points). Contacted Kohls to have them remove it from my credit history and they said they "can't" do that. Talked to two reps who both said they can't so I cancelled my charge and told them I will never shop Kohls again! Way to treat a customer of 35 years!!!"

Worse customer service

"I trace the tracking number show item was delivered on 4/11/2018. But I DIDN'T receive any package so far.
I called Kohl's customer service to told them I didn't receive my package(item), the first representative was doubted what I was telling her, I asked to talk to supervisor, she putted me on hold ...
I called again, then finally talked to the supervisor who name Shelldon, work ID: 0053, he had a very bad attitude too.
I didn’t receive my item and your shipping company show the item was delivered, I have my right to ask my money back, but KOHL'S.com customer service on phone is ****, this is the worse customer service I have ever deal with. I would never order anything on KOHL'S.COM again.

way to slow

"shipping is unbearably slow. In the world of amazon prime shipping for kohl's to take 10 days from order to get a package into my hands is crazy. why would anyone shop here? if it wasn't for my sister giving me all this unused kohl's cash of hers I never would have tried this place out. regret every minute of it. i'm sure i could have gotten the same price on pants at amazon."

I moved and haven't received my bill yet. I thought my bill was on the 16th so I made my payments the 16th. Found out they were the 15th, and I made the payments the following morning twice, I was just a few hours late and they still won't take the late charges off.

"ordered a mirror, received two belts the week before Christmas, invoice said mirror..who fills these orders
Jan. 11 ordered 5 suitcases, received three, have spent numerous hours trying to resolve. verified thru UPS they only delivered three.
I called three times today, left a message twice, the third time I called the corp office the recording said they received maximum calls for the day!!!! Unreal!!! I bet because they can not get an order straight...

The worst

"Deceptive pricing and lousy customer service. Placed an on line order, 24 hours later, get an email that says they can't complete. Went though the 21 questions as to why and then was told, "it was out of my normal behavior" so the fraud department cancelled it. Apparently because I was shipping to another address. Why is the option offered, if shipping to another address is going to cause a fraud alert.

The price listed for two pair of Levi jeans is clearly inflated retail.

A coupon is offered to bring it down to the price you can pay all day long at any other retailer but, of course, no coupons on Levis. Took them anyway because I was shipping to my son and he needed them right away. Should have gone to Amazon. What happened to you Kohls, you are a big disappointment.

Deceptive Exchange/Return Policies

"Self - Verified Buyer.

I tried to exchange a defective electronic product, that I purchased at a discount over Christmas season, for a non-defective product, and they asked me to return it for my money back ($60) and asked me to go online and purchase it again for the undiscounted price of $150. That is 2.5 times what I originally purchased it for when it was THERE store product that was defective.

Horrible Customer Services

"Since they moved the customer service abroad they have the worst customer service. I decided to cancel my Kohl's charge account and have to stop shopping at kohl's. called 10 times. According to tracking item was delivered but I didn't received any item. They have puppets seating at call center keep repeating same thing over and over without understanding anything."

Management is dull with no help

"I needed an employment verification and no one could help me, although they did when I first started. I got 3 different numbers from 4 managers and no one could answer. They even hung up on me. I will never recommend this job to anyone, they do not follow through on their word and do not help you."

Terrible experiance

"I purchased a pair of shoes. I have never received the package. It looks like delivered in their system because they ship via FedEx but FedEx finishes with USPS. Usps take the pack back to Texas. I went to the post office they said, the address was wrong. I checked my order again, no problem with the address that I declared.

I called them to send it back to me or refund it. I bought it with a mixed payment. Cash and coupons. I got cash back but I still have 30 dollars coupon. I am still trying to get back. Every time I call them they tell me issue will take 7 days to solve it. Last time they said they would send a physical card with kohls cash in it, nothing appeared. Today they say, they will send it as coupons again.

I purchased in December. 1.5 months still not solved.
I save the emails since I start talking with customer service. Every time they give a different case number. They do not follow up each other.

Online store? Never again

"ordered item in white. 3 X got burgundy color. Had to drive 30 to return items to store 2 X. Second time Cust. service offered me the option to keep the item as compensation and still get a refund. Refund never came. Cust. service supervisor wouldn't stand behind the promise even though I had 6 reference/incident/credit refund numbers on hand. Will never shop Kohl's or Kohl.com EVER again. Disorganized warehouse, lack of integrity to stand behind promises, great inconvenience to customer, 5 weeks later I still don't have the needed product, not available in store, not available in XL size anywhere else on the internet. The one star stands for -1 as you can't review with 0 stars."

Shipping is WAY TOO SLOW!

"10 days for my item? Really? I know if you use your clothes cash but you need to return an item you don't get it back.So many of my friends and family are no longer shopping at Kohls for these reasons....I've been shopping at other stores and Amazon has decent clothes too.....and you do t wait 10 days even without prime!"

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE (CORPORATE)

"Did some returns on 12/29/17 from Christmas. For some unknown reason (by both me and the employee), the system said it needed to be a corporate refund. No matter how we tried to do the refund. They said Corporate could take 7-10 days- and they would call me and issue the refund. 11 days go by and NO CALL. I call on day 12 and they've "exceeded call limit). Call the next day and leave my number to save my place in line like they say to, and no call back. 2 hours later I call back and again, they've exceeded call limit. No store can help at all. I am NOT HAPPY. We're going on 2 1/2 weeks without our $200 refund. Feels like I'm never getting my refund! Feels like a scam. I will NOT shop at kohls anymore."
