"Hold time is too long just to get to an agent. They held 2 of my orders, and did not ship them. When I called to ask about the hold up, they only wanted to know if the items were going to a business or residence because they couldn't verify the receiver of the shipment. It was being sent to a house. By the way, I went through this same verification process about a week ago for the exact same order. They were supposed to release the order back then. They had someone else's first name on my account supposedly, even though on my end when I logged into the website, I can see my correct name under account name. They told me since I couldn't verify the first name, someone would call me back in 10 minutes, and they never did. I had to call back multiple times b/c the line kept disconnecting after being on hold for 5 minutes. I gave up and requested to cancel the order. It's been over 2 weeks since I placed the order and I have nothing to show for but headaches, and bad customer service. Their website is always acting up, too. Not worth all the hassle. I feel sorry for the sellers who have missed out on money because of their products and shipments being help up for illegitimate reasons."
