"I received an item that appears was split prior to shipping. I have been contacting both Leigh Country (the manufacturer) and Kotula's with no response. There is no one at Kotula's to answer a phone call or an e-mail. I cannot get assistance. The items were expensive; adirondack chairs. One arrived with split wood which appears occurred when they were building it and over tightened the slats on the seat part. Once you receive something from them, you're on your own."
