"Actually, it is a very slow service. Contacted company, and nobody know what happened to my order. They advised me to wait until they find out and call later. I have been waiting a couple of weeks and finally decided to cancel my order. The representative told me that it will be cancelled. Two days after my conversation with rep, I got an email that product is on the way, so it was finally shipped. That took another 5 business days to be delivered. Will never use this company again."

"I hadn't purchased from katula's before, but saw catalog a couple of weeks before Christmas and decided to purchase five items. Of the five items I wanted sorry we're no longer available. One of the items arrived 2 days after Christmas. The other item was put on backorder and I finally got it 5 weeks after placing to order. The Christmas gift I had been waiting for for 5 weeks was missing parts. When I called katula's initially they said they can't supply parts that I would have to send the item back and then get another replacement. I told him 5 weeks was plenty long code had to wait it on this I wasn't waiting another week or a month. They said that they would look into seeing if they could give me the parts.
So if you want to order for Christmas from katula's place your order in June or July, then maybe they will actually have stuff in stock, and perhaps get it to you before Christmas, and maybe even allow you time to get Replacements when it's inadequate."
