"I ordered two 3x6 garden beds, one wagon planter, and one wheel planter. I am more than pleased with the quality of everything for the price.
All of the items, especially the two planters, gave off a lung-collapsing STENCH when unpacked, and the two planters have a horrible residue that comes off on EVERYTHING. I don't know if it's the "finish", or the burnt wood, but I recommend wearing rubber gloves and putting everything together on a large table outside or in a garage with the doors and windows open. Because I NEVER put any wood outside without applying a good sealer, I highly recommend using spar varnish (marine) on all of these pieces. It is easier to put everything together before varnishing than to varnish each piece separately.
The garden beds required 2 people and a rubber mallet to put together, but still WAY less than the cost of buying cedar or fir boards at the big box store. And I didn't have to cut or drill anything.
The wheel planter was beyond simple to figure out, although if the bolts had been 1/8" longer it would have been MUCH easier and faster to do it by myself.
The wagon planter was a gigantic pain to figure out. NOTHING was labeled and four of the parts pictured WITH holes in the diagram had no holes drilled AT ALL. Eventually, sitting on the driveway playing with the pieces as if they were a jigsaw puzzle, I figured it out. Because there were no holes drilled in those four pieces I had to use clamps to hold the pieces whilst I screwed them together. But the final result was great for the price.
Bottom line, because these items are dirt cheap they are fantastic. In fact, I spent more on the gallon of marine varnish than I did on any one of the items I purchased! But...totally worth it for items which will last for many years in my one acre garden."

"The paint is patchy, many spots missed completely, paint rubs off on hand. Wood splintering right out of the box. Lightweight wood, do not know if treated wood used for outdoor use or for Seattle weather. Construction is good, you could use 1/4 inch longer screws for the ones that go into the arm rests as the supplied ones barely goes in 2mm. If you are selling factory defects on sale, I would ask you to disclose that so your customers know that the price reflects the quality and that the sale is not because of end of season as I feel fooled."
