"I placed an order online and the order was supposed to be shipped within 4-6 days. One week later the order still said pending. When I called customer service they told me it would most likely ship within 1-2 days. Another week later I called and the order was still "pending" then the customer service agent said she couldn't give me any information so she would have the manufacturer reach out to me. A few days later I still hadn't heard anything so I called again to be told that I would most likely receive the order after Christmas which doesn't help when I was trying to order Christmas decorations. Eventually I just asked to have my order cancelled and refunded. So far, the online status still says "pending." Im just thankful that I had the time to make all those calls and stay on top of this order otherwise who knows how it would have been handled. "
