"Not thrilled with their communication. Ordered 4/18. Package had tracking and went AWOL after 4/21. I inquired On 27th. KY Gun did not respond until 5/6 and said tracking show it in Detroit and it is on the way. Reached out to them 5/8 and 5/11 with no response from them. They emailed me on 5/13 and said they were filing a claim on the package. No communication from them. I tried calling them was was told that they will get back to me. Miraculously, it was delivered today 5/20. So if you want to wait a month to get a product and getting ghosted by the company’s customer service, by all means..."
"I ordered one item online, costing nearly $600 with shipping, on a Friday. Calling on the following Tuesday, to learn why it was not being processed and shipped, I was told that they had a lot of orders.
It was not shipped until three days later, one week after I had ordered it. Yet the item had been represented on the website as being "in stock".
It was sent via low U.S. Postal System priority, arriving yet one week later, and I live in the adjacent state, Ohio. I had been charged a substantial shipping fee, implying better service.
The item was a specialized and delicate trigger group and the manufacturer, Franklin Armory, puts a special seal on the package, telling purchasers they should be receiving it intact. The seal had been broken and the package had been opened. Yet the seller had represented it as new. Either they sold me a returned item, or else the seller had opened it for some unexplained reason and failed to reveal that to me.
I will not order from this company again, for obvious reasons. These are not business practices which should be silently tolerated. They get one star because a package did arrive.

As if it was my problem, not theirs. Finally received my gun on the 25th. This is the first time I've ever encountered this kind of treatment at any online gun dealer. Very poor customer service after the sale, will not do business with them in the future."
