"The day I was there the store was slammed due to a large sale. If you know what you want I recommend the online purchase and in store pick up. It worked great for me once a salesman was free to wait on me. My only complaint would be that I did not know that they charge and extra fee for using a credit card so I paid more than anticipated for my weapon. In regards to the weapon I purchased all should be aware that I.O. weapons have a lifetime warranty but it will cost you to send the weapon back so it is not a free repair. "
