"I ordered a gun through KY gun co and waited about 10 days for them to send out my order. Turns out, the gun could not be shipped to my state, but they did not notify me, nor reply to the email I sent. After calling 2 times, I was able to speak with a representative that informed me of the reason why the gun was never shipped. They just said that they "dropped the ball" when it came to notifying me and nothing else. I ended up buying the gun locally for much less. Not the most customer service oriented people, but not unpleasant to talk to so order at your own risk."
"i bought a savage 93 17hmr bull barrel(bbl) from the kentuckygunco or thought i did when it got to my ffl dealer i was looking it over while the transfer was going thru when i noticed it wasnt a bull barrel the transfer went alot faster than i thought it would before i could stop the transfer it went thru so not only did they send me the wrong gun and would not make things right by taking the gun back and sending the one i ordered but said that the abriviasion bbl didnt stand for bull barrel whe everyone ive talked to and everywhere online ive looked it means bull barrel wich is a heavy barrel i am completely unsatisfied and i will never buy anything from the kentuckygun co again. regardless of there policies on transfers they sent the wrong gun."
