"After shooting approx 200 rnds I have had over about 10 percent miss fire. I thought it may have been due to a brand new gun but it was not. I tried this ammo in 3 different platforms and had the same result. Strike on the primer and did not fire. If I re chambered the rnd it would fire the second time. This happened in an sig 320 x 5 legion, cz shadow 2 and. Jp 9mm rifle. I have emailed lax 3 times and no response. Will try to call tomorrow and see if I can get a result. For now I will never purchase from them again. Bought 2000 rnds and don’t trust it. "
"Ordered 1100 rounds and free ammo can. I only received 500 in a cardboard box. They refunded me the 600 rounds but the only reason I bought this many was to get a free can to store my bullets. Customer service was alright so I’m giving a 2/5. "

"my wife and I ordered ammo from lax ammo it took a week to here if are order was being filled my order was 3days later I called sever times left a message on 2nd time I never got anybody to pick up the phone or call back finally got a shipping # then 2 days later ups changed my delivery day to 4 days later the price for the ammo was good but there service is bad and delivery very slow are 2 orders where 3 days apart we got packedge 1 day apart wont buy from them again I got 2 other orders of ammo after lax order they came in half the time."
"LAX Ammo has to have the worst or non-existent customer service in the industry. I put in a $200 order and they requested photo of my driver license and FOID card. This system didn't accept my downloads. Then, I attached and scanned my info to their email address sending it to them three times. Each time I told them that the form their were sending didn't accept my downloads and please use my info attachments. What happens? I get the same form back to fill out,,,"
"Very incompetent and disorganized business as far as ammo sales are concerned. I know nothing about their range.
The website works somewhat; they take your order, then the trouble starts. Did not get an email confirming the order. When trying to inquire whether the order was received or not, got sent to a contact page that has an email that no one ever responds to. Well not until today 5 days after. If you call the customer service number (BE PREPARED) there's no person on the other side to answer your question but rather a lengthy recording from a male whining about life, the business, amount of orders, lack of personnel, annoyance about the persisting calls, etc. who proceeds at the end to direct you to the email contact "the ones no one ever responds to).
I sent another email 3 days later requesting that they cancel the order, since they did not charge the order, acknowledged receiving it, or reply to my requests besides being annoyed with the recording on the Customer Service line. 10 seconds after I did that, the "status" of the order on the website suddenly changed from processing to shipped!
I still have not gotten an answer from anyone at LAX, the card has been charged now I see, after I requested they did NOT do it, have not received any confirmation of the order, no tracking for the alleged shipping and no receipt. Have no idea if they fulfilled the order, if or when it was shipped, when it will arrive etc. For all I know, in 4-5 days I may have to start a dispute with my Bank about this transaction."
"Got FNH 5.7 blue tip from them out of a 50 box 2 didn't cycle for 60 70 $.Its probably old inventory I would rather play dead then use it..
