This system didn't accept my downloads. Then, I attached and scanned my info to their email address sending it to them three times. Each time I told them that the form their were sending didn't accept my downloads and please use my info attachments. What happens? I get the same form back to fill out,,,"

"I took a chance and on January 30. 2012 placed a first order with OPT for $350 because they had free shipping. About 45 days later, I noticed that there was a part that was packaged incorrectly. I called OPT and they made all kinds of promises and then told me that no such part existed from Stellarvue. I sent pictures of what was sent to me and what should have been sent and was even willing to pay for it because it was beyond 30 days. To top it off, the part was only $19. They did not have the courtesy to return several phone calls or follow up emails. I learned a valuable lesson from straying from a trusted dealer that I had dealt with for years because of the enticement of free shipping.
