"I ordered several molle pouches and a “Fox Tactical Quad Stack”, rifle magazine holder/pistol magazine holder from this company back in May. I’m writing this In October now. I received all of the items besides the quad stack item. I have called approximately 5-6 times. Every time I call, almost all of the customer service representatives have blown me off. They state, they don’t know when the order will be delivered by. They also say that there supplier has not sent them the items, even though it has been 5 months. The several other molle items I ordered for my vest, i took out of the packaging and placed them on my vest. Due to not having all my items I ordered, I took them off my vest and haven’t used them, waiting for the other item to arrive. I finally had enough after waiting this long and canceled the quad stack item. I wanted to return the rest of my order, based on the horrible customer service that I received. Customer service advised me that they would not except the items back because they were taken out of their original packaging, even though the items were never used and brand new. They were unwilling to repackage the items and did not offer me any refund whatsoever. I will never be ordering from this company again. I advise everyone else who wants a to deal with a business who supports law enforcement, instead of takes advantage of them, take your money elsewhere. "
"Ordered a taser holster and almost 3 months later still have not received it. I have sent multiple emails with no response. Poor customer service. I WILL never order from this poorly operated company. "
"There were some issues with pricing.
They had an item that was listed at a very good price. So I ordered 6 in total of different colors. These items were ordered for our local airsoft yearly charity auction. With 700+ members I knew that the items would be something the member would love to have. The items were on back order and so before I ordered I contacted them through there online chat support. And asked about the items and the price. The person I was talking to stated that the price was good and the items would ship once they were in stock. So I placed my order. After about 3 weeks i get an email stating that there was a price error and my order was canceled.
After a few emails and phone calls both the company and I agreed that they couldn't fulfill my original order of 6. However they did sell me 3 at the listed price. Which is more than they were required to do.
I have received my items and they are now ready to be auctioned off at our yearly event.

"I wanted to order an item listed at $199.99 on their website, when I added it to my cart the price went up to $229.99, that a 15% increase. I contacted customer service and asked about the reason. I got an automated response that someone will get back with me after 1-2 business days. I wrote two follow up e-mails with did not get any acknowledgement. Then I wrote a direct reply to the automated e-mail I have received and after 10+ days I finally got the answer that the problem is fixed and the item is no listed at $229.99. That’s not what I expected, you go to a store and something is priced wrong than you will get it as priced. Not here, another reason for the 1 start rating in addition to the “super quick” response time. I am not impressed at all, I will go shopping somewhere else. They lost a customer for good."

I placed an order on June 25, seven days later is still shows to be "pending". I called today and they said the computer didn't put my order in the system. No offer to push it through quickly, insure it gets processed or anything other than "oops".
I cancelled the order and will not order from them again."
